What counts as a conversation?
One visitor chat session with at least one AI reply. It includes up to 30 AI replies, and a longer chat counts once more for each extra 30. Chats handled only by your team are free. The premium AI models (GPT-5.4, Claude Sonnet) count as 3 conversations.
What happens if I go over my limit?
Nothing gets billed: we hard-cap. The AI pauses and visitors can leave their email or reach your team. Prefer to keep going? Opt in to packs of 150 conversations for $10. We never auto-upgrade your plan.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes. If you're not happy within 30 days of your first payment, email support@usereplied.com for a full refund, no questions asked. Cancelled yearly plans are refunded for unused months, prorated.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from billing settings in two clicks, no call required. Your plan runs to the end of the period, then drops to Free. Your agent and data are kept.
How does the free trial work?
You get 7 days of Growth, including 250 AI conversations, with no credit card. When it ends you're moved to Free automatically, with no surprise charge.
Can I switch plans later?
Anytime. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated; downgrades apply at the next billing date.
What's included in the free plan?
The live chat widget, the shared inbox and lead capture, free forever, and your agent is never deleted for inactivity. AI answers on your site are part of the paid plans; on Free you can still test your agent in the dashboard.
